Cancellation - Glenfield ONLY

If the weather is particularly cold and wet, we may make the call to cancel the Year 1 & 2 programme only – these are the first games in the first round at 8.45 am. These players do not play a competition and as these younger players we cancel their round. If we make this call, it will go up on our website page (front page), App and our Facebook page. The decision will be made at 8.00 am.

The Year 3 and Year 5 & 6 leagues will still go ahead, as these young players do move a lot more on the courts and keep warmer. They are able to wear warmer clothing, ie jackets or sweatshirts, but please have bibs visible over the top of these extra layers.

If a team is going to cancel at the last minute, please be warned there is a $50.00 default fee. If they do default the number to ring at Junior Netties is 027 283 3075 (Glenfield). Please don’t default last minute, your team will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00

Westlake Junior Netties we do not cancel but again, players can wear warmer clothing if cold as long as bibs are visible over the layers.

Complex rules at Westlake Girls

We are very lucky to be able to use the facilities at Westlake Girls and it would be appreciated if all spectators and players respected the rules of the school.  No dogs, bikes, scooters, skateboards, stilletos, umbrella points in the court surface, or chewing gum please.  Please park in the top carpark or Smales Farm (there are 150 parks by Northcote Road or 90 minute parks at the back of Smales Farm).  The carpark next to the soccer pitch at Westlake Girls (access of Taharoto Road) is reserved for the soccer teams in the middle of the morning.
