Game times will depend on the level we are in but usually are: 7.00pm | 7.45pm | 8.30pm


If your team has an umpire organised by Netball North Harbour, payment is $15.00 per game, paid to the umpire prior to the start of the game.

We MAY NOT be able to accommodate all team requests for umpires, so please try and source your own umpire in the first instance to avoid disappointment.


If you are having problems registering, please clear your History on your browser.  You can use Shift F5 but if this does not work, go to your browser settings and Clear History (often under Privacy & Settings).  Each browser is different. 

If you entered a team in the latter half of 2019, your username and password should still exist and you can use the Login button.  If your team is brand new to the competition, please click on Register a Team button.  Any problems, please contact admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz or call 481 0022.

If you are a new organiser but your team has been entered before into the Social Twilight league under another Team Organiser, please contact admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz to say you wish to be registered as a new organiser for that team.  If you are registering a New Team for Social Twilight and it won't let you enter your team name without putting a number on the end of it, then that is a sure thing the team is already registered in the system, probably from a previous block.  Please contact admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz to check.

Social Twilight 2020

Social Twilight runs on Wednesday nights from early February until late November in 6 x 6 week blocks. Round times are: 7.00pm | 7.45pm | 8.30pm (blocks 1,5 & 6)

(Please note that during the Primary Competition in Terms 2 and 3 game times are different: 7.15pm | 8.00pm | 8.45pm (blocks 2,3,4)

Games are 4 x 10 minute quarters.

Social Twilight is a social league for adult players (Year 9 and above) of all abilities (Grade A to D).  Rules are the same as Saturday netball i.e. No jewellery, nails must be short (except gloves can be worn in this competition). Please click here to view regulations.

Mixed teams (males & females playing together) can have a maximum of three males on the court at one time but must play in different sections of the court.  Every other grade is Ladies ONLY.


The fee in 2020 per team is $365, with a discount of $10 if paid by the registration close off date.

Please note that if you do not pay at the time of registering then the fee must be paid in full ($365) 1 week before the commencement of the block.  Teams will not be put into the draw until the registration fee is paid.

A late default payment penalty fee of $50.00 will be charged if teams do not notify the Administrator (Ph 481 0952 - as the Administrator works part time, please leave your message on her phone) by 9.00 am on the day of the competition of the need to default.  A make up game will be offered to the team defaulted against if a team cannot be found to play against them on the night of the default.  While every effort will be made to arrange a make-up game for the team defaulted against, there is no guarantee that this will be possible.

Teams must supply their own umpire and ball

Bibs can be hired from the control room on the night for $5 otherwise teams are to supply their own.

Uniforms are not required.

Players are required to enter within a team.  However if you are looking to join a team,  please email katrina@netballnorthharbour.co.nz


Fast5 Morning Netball

Do you want to play social netball but don't have enough players to enter a team?  Come along to our Fast5 Ladies Day every Wednesday and Friday morning at 9.30 am in the Onewa Arena.  $5 per session or pay $40 for a concession of 10.  For any questions please contact the social convener 09 481 0952 or katrina@netballnorthharbour.co.nz


Payment Policy:

Payments/Registration fees will be required at least 1 week prior to the commencement of any block.  If this is not received teams will not be in the draw.  Please ensure you pay the competition amount in one sum to NNH, not in individual player payments.


Refund Policy:

For tournaments and social competitions

  1. Any team that withdraws prior to the draw being released, shall be able to apply for a refund, less an administration fee of $30
  2. For teams that withdraw once the draw has been released, the entry fee is non refundable
  3. If a make-up game is not able to be arranged for the team defaulted against, there will be no refund of the missed game.


Competition, course or programme withdrawals and refunds must be made in writing and will be considered on a case by case basis by Netball North Harbour.
