Club Team Registration 2021

This page is designed for Club Coordinators to assist you with registration information for your club teams in 2021. This is not a dedicated parent/player page.



We are currently at Level 1 and netball can be played with no restrictions

Level 1 we can play netball with no restrictions.

Level 2 we can play but with restrictions.  It becomes very controlled and spectators will not be allowed.  To view the Covid Level 2 restrictions and Terms of Engagement for Netball North Harbour, please click here.

Under Level 3 we will not be able to play netball 

Level 4 no games can be played.


Important Dates

23 March

Application for Club Affiliation and Registration of the number of teams entered is due on this date.

Players/Coaches/Managers need to be assigned to their teams online in the database.

General Information

Please remember there is no registration evening, everything is to be completed online.


Club Competition  

  • Club Premier 1 - Tuesday 7.00pm - 10.00pm (games start 7.00pm, 8.30pm)
  • Club Premier 2 - Thursday 7.00pm - 10.00pm (games start 7.00pm, 8.30pm)
  • Club Saturday  - Saturday 12.00pm - 4.00pm (hour games start 12.10pm, 2.00pm, 45minute games start 1.00pm, 1.50pm and 2.40pm)



Club Premier = $1595.00 per team.

Club = $1390.00 

Time Request = $20.00

Additional Players = $25.00 Round 1, Round 2 $15.00

Late Default Fee = $50.00 

Defaults must be notified to NNH by 12pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays or 12pm on Friday for Saturday games.


N.B Clubs will be invoiced team fees once grading has completed and Premier teams are finalised.  IF YOU KNOW YOUR TEAM IS NOT GOING TO MAKE THE PREMIER GRADES WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR PAYING YOUR FEES NOW.

Managers Meeting

Managers for Premier 1 to Senior 2 (hour games) will be able to attend a meeting geared towards them and their role here at NNH.  This will cover their role and duties and set them up with all that they need to know for a seamless season.  The meeting will be held if required.  Please encourage experienced and inexperienced managers to the meeting to ensure everyone is up to date with our practices for game day.  Please RSVP their interest to attend to

A managers information booklet will be available to attendees and will cover more detailed information from the meeting that you can refer back to.  



All teams need to supply their own umpires during grading and throughout the competition.  All umpire donations are to be paid to the umpires on the day prior to the game.

Some umpires will be available for the top teams on grading day on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Clubs have been notified if they are allocated an umpire.


Affiliation Form

To affiliate your club and register the number of teams in 2021, we are using Google Docs.  Please click here to upload the form and complete as required. 

Once submitted we will have your form.  If you wish to make any changes subsequent to submitting you will need to contact Gail by email.  Registrations will be open in the new year.

Assigning players / coach / managers into teams SHOULD be completed.  Players may only be registered into one club team.  Players added to teams FROM registration cut off will incur the additional player fee of $25.00.


Grading Information

Grading is important.  If your teams are not seeded correctly within your club this can disrupt the grading process.  If you have more/less teams than in 2019/20 we will need an indication of where teams need to be added or subtracted from last years efforts.  If you have a new team we will need an idea of where it should be placed and will cross reference this with the players in the team.  Please click to get more information and the form to fill in.  Seedings for grading in 2021 will be taken from the results of grading 2020.


Time Request Forms

Time requests are to be submitted by Google Docs.  Please click here to upload the form and complete as required.  It costs $20.00 per request.  Please note that these are for netball coach/umpire/player clashes only and not anything outside of our competition. Deadline for time requests is 21 April.

Additional Player Form (to be submitted for any player not assigned on the team sheet at registration date)

Player Transfer Form (for Club players) Only applicable to within the season itself.  No longer required for players moving to a different club from the season before.

NNZ Permission to Travel Overseas (for any events overseas.  This is a requirement of Netball NZ and approval must be granted by them with our sanction first.  Please send form to us.)
